How do I access my guides after purchase?

Your download link is sent by email after checkout. Digital products are delivered as PDF files that you can save to your phone, tablet, or computer.

Can I use the guides on my phone while hiking?

Yes. The guides are designed to work well on mobile, and you can save them before your hike so you still have access without cell service.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If a digital product has not been downloaded, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a refund. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it becomes non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing your files, email us and we will help right away.

How often are the trail guides updated?

We review and improve our guides regularly. When we make meaningful updates to a guide you purchased, we aim to make those updates available to existing customers.

What is included in the Bundle?

The bundle includes the Ultimate Vancouver Day Hikes Guide plus bonus resources, including the essentials checklist and other planning materials. It is the best-value way to get the full Vancouver hiking starter pack.

Why pay for a guide when free trail info exists online?

Free information is useful, but it is usually scattered. Our goal is to save you planning time by putting key trail details, parking and transit notes, difficulty guidance, and practical local tips in one offline-ready guide.

Can I share my guide with friends?

Each purchase is for personal use. If someone in your group wants their own copy, please send them our way.

I am having trouble with my download. What should I do?

Check your spam folder first. If the email is not there, contact us at hello@vancouverhikingadventures.ca with your order number and we will help.
