Digital products
Digital products sold by Vancouver Hiking Adventures are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the file has not been downloaded.
Once a digital file has been downloaded, the sale becomes non-refundable. If you have a technical issue accessing your file, contact us and we will help resolve it.
Physical merchandise
Physical products are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Because they are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
We will replace or refund a physical order if the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number plus a photo of the issue.
