By using this website and placing an order with Vancouver Hiking Adventures, you agree to the following terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We sell both digital products and made-to-order physical merchandise. Prices may change without notice.

Digital products

Digital purchases are delivered by email as downloadable files. Each digital purchase is licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly.

Physical merchandise

Physical products are produced to order through our fulfillment partners and shipped after production is complete. Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Refunds

Digital products are refundable within 7 days only if they have not been downloaded. Physical merchandise is only eligible for replacement or refund if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Trail information disclaimer

Our products are intended for recreational planning and informational use. Trail conditions, weather, access rules, and safety risks can change at any time. You are responsible for your own decisions, preparation, and safety on the trail.
