Digital products
Digital products are delivered by email after checkout. No physical shipping is required.
Physical merchandise
Physical products are made to order and ship after production is complete.
- Production time: typically 2 to 5 business days
- Shipping to Canada: typically 4 to 8 business days after production
- Shipping to the United States: typically 3 to 7 business days after production
- International shipping: timing varies by destination
Shipping rates for physical products are calculated at checkout. Digital products do not include shipping charges.
Order issues
If you did not receive your digital download, check your spam folder first. If your physical product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
